Here are some frequently asked questions about the Friends of Anglotopia Club. This page will be updated regularly. If you have a question, simply email us!

Do I have to have an auto-renewal setup?

The membership system default is for auto-renewal, but you can disable this at sign-up or anytime after you sign up. You can sign-up, then turn off auto-renewal, and then renew manually when your membership expires (the system will remind you).

I don’t want you to store my credit card.

We actually don’t store your credit card and do not have access to the card information. We use Stripe as the credit card processor, through Memberful as the merchant of record. We never have access to your credit card information.

Can I pay with a check?

At this time, no. If this interests you, please get in touch with us and let us know.

I wish to cancel; how do I do that?

Simply log in to your Friends of Anglotopia account here on Memberful - then cancel your subscription. You will have access until the end of the most recent billing period.

Can I gift a membership?

At this time, no. But you can sign up a friend or family member with your billing information and just use their email address as the account user email address.

Can I pay more than $6 a month/$64 a year?

Yes, several people have selected this option. If you select Custom Plans when signing up you can choose a custom monthly amount or a custom yearly amount (the most popular is $10/month or $100/year). Someone even pledged $100/month!

How does the private podcast feed work?

Friends of Anglotopia Members get access to new episodes of the Anglotopia Podcast two days early. When you sign up, you'll be given a private RSS feed link that you can use in your preferred Podcast app (it is linked to your subscription and will stop working if you cancel). We will also send you an email with early release details so you can listen there as well.
